RSI Appoints New Sales Agent for the Caribbean Region

(North Vancouver, BC) – November 8, 2007, 10am PDT – RSI International Systems Inc. (“RSI”) (TSX Venture Exchange: RSY) today announces the appointment of Mr. Nigel Cooper as RSI’s exclusive RoomKey™ representative in the Caribbean marketplace. Mr. Cooper is RSI’s second authorized agent, following last September’s appointment of the Paul Ireland Sales Agency Inc. to represent RoomKey™ in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Cooper is the founder of WOW Caribbean Concepts, and has been a lecturer at UTech, Jamaica’s leading university for Hospitality & Tourism Management, since 1993.

Geographically, Mr. Cooper’s territory will include Anguilla; Antigua; Aruba; Bahamas; Barbados; Bermuda; British Virgin Islands; Cayman Islands; Dominica; Dominican Republic; Dutch Antilles; Grenada; Grenadines; Guadeloupe; Haiti; Jamaica; Martinique; Netherlands Antilles; St. Bartholomew; St. Kitts; St. Lucia; St. Martin; St. Vincent; Trinidad & Tobago; the Turks & Caicos and the US Virgin Islands.
