RSI International Expands Board of Directors
(North Vancouver, BC) – October 28, 2007, 8:00am PST – RSI International Systems Inc. (“RSI”) TSX-V: RSY is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Moe Chan to the company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Chan brings a wealth of International business acumen with a primary focus on the Asian market and is the current CEO of Xpress Finance Limited (Hong Kong), a fully licensed MasterCard member. Under his leadership the company was awarded ‘Most Innovative Product Launch’ in Hong Kong by MasterCard worldwide in 2006 as well as launching Asia Pacific’s 1st and only fully customized card.
Mr. Chan also currently serves as the group CEO of Xpress Group Limited, an international hospitality travel and card services company with offices in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Australia, Singapore, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
Mr. Chan currently holds a Masters degree in Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Applied Science. A Masters of Business Administration is due for completion in January, 2008.
