RoomKey HOA Resort Property Management System

Roomkey HOA (Home Owner Accounting) is a flexible, parameter driven Resort Property Management system, designed specifically for condominiums, chalets, cottages, hotel rooms and other accommodation facilities are individually owned, but controlled by a central management organization. RoomKey HOA is web based, providing unit owners or property managers Anywhere Anytime-access to information and functionality.

Through the use of parameters and flags, any resort management company can use the system without major modifications. RoomKey HOA can be run as a stand-alone system with daily or monthly revenue being manually posted to each unit, or can be used in conjunction with RoomKey PMS for automatic transfer or revenue information each month.

RoomKey HOA can be used in a wide range of applications. Revenue, and/or expenses can be disbursed on the basis of occupancy, or can be pooled so that owners share revenue and/or expenses according to a pre-defined factor. Units can be opened and closed from rental during the month, allowing for division of expenses among all units, or just all-open units.

A complete record is maintained by the system whenever owners occupy their units, so that their monthly revenue can be adjusted accordingly. The system will automatically transfer revenue from the owner's unit to another unit should the owner's unit be occupied by a paying guest and the owner stays in the other unit.
