What type of training comes with RoomKey PMS?
All new RoomKey clients receive 12 hours of online training via telephone/webex. If you would like us to train your staff in person, we also offer the option of on-site training. Just in case you need a refresher after initial training, we provide access to an online eLearning Library that contains our interactive manual (downloadable to your desktop) as well as a series of short e-learning videos that review important RoomKey functions.
