As a RoomKey affiliate and partner of RSI, you can promote our hotel property management software to your customers or colleagues. You earn an ongoing commission for subscriptions or a one-time commission for licenses. The following outlines the affiliate relationship and the services we provide:

• What Our Affiliates Do
• Our affiliates promote RoomKey as a possible property management solution to their hospitality networks contacts at any proper place online or off i.e. industry events, email introduction, etc. Any purchase from a customer referred through an affiliate is credited to that affiliate's account. $1.00 per room per month of each subscription (ongoing) or 10% of license sales (one-time) is paid to affiliates. The affiliate is simply responsible for referring clients and depositing checks!
• What We Do for Our Affiliates
• We mail out checks to your designated address each month for all accounts that are current. Any overdue account balances will carry over to the next payment period. We provide easy referral submission via an online form and offer access to sales and statistics so you can follow the progress of your referrals.
• What Does it Cost?
• There is no cost to become an affiliate.
• How Much Will I Make?
• Our average independent hotel client has 65 rooms. Based on a subscription model, you can expect to earn around $780.00 per customer you refer to us, per year. If you referred only 1 customer per month to us, by the end of the first year you could have earned US$5,070. By the end of year two you will have earned US $14,430. With lifetime residual commissions, you receive a commission every time the customer pays their monthly fee, not just the first time! Your monthly commissions continue to grow.
• What is the Difference Between a Subscription and License Customer?
• Purchasers of RoomKey PMS have the option of paying a monthly subscription or a one-time license. If a customer chooses to pay monthly, the referring affiliate will receive $1.00 per room each month for the life of the customer. If a customer chooses to pay a one-time license fee, the referring affiliate will receive 10% of the license amount.
• What Does Lifetime Residual Commission Mean?
• Our affiliate program is structured to pay lifetime residual commissions to our affiliates for all subscriptions. This means that every time a customer pays his or her monthly subscription fee, you will be credited with your commission. Once a referred prospect becomes a customer, the affiliate ID will be hard coded into their order details, ensuring you receive credit each and every time. While most affiliate programs will only pay you for the first time a customer orders, we'll pay you each and every time, creating significant recurring cash flow to your business or yourself. Please note that any referred customers who purchase a one-time license are not subject to this commission structure.
