Opportunity - Client Services Manager
RSI is looking for the right individual to join our team in the Client Services Training and Support Department as a Client Service Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle support inquiries by telephone and email while documenting cases and providing clients with solutions
- Provide training for new and existing clients on how to effectively use the RoomKey Suite of property management products. Training is performed remotely via the Internet i.e. Webex and/or on site.
- Create and upgrade user documentation, prepare written presentations, reports and assist with elearning modules
- This position requires you to manage our client's needs and expectations and develop relationships
- Handle after-hours emergency support on a rotating basis (approximately 1 week every 2 months)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Rooms Division Hotel experience or experience in a Client Service/Support position in the Hotel and Resort Reservation software industry is a requirement for this position.
3+ years experience in a Hotel/Resort environment in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office or Duty Manager position or 3+ years in the Hotel and Resort Reservation Software industry in a Support and Training role. Other skills required for this position include:
- Proficiency using MS Office applications.
- Always see tasks through to completion.
- Self-driven and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self confident with the ability to convey confidence when training clients.
ASSETS:
- Experience using a CRM tool.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking French.
- Management experience and/or experience as a trainer.
- Experience using online training tools such as Webex.

- An understanding of Interfaces for Phone, Movie and Point of Sale etc.

Key
Responsibilities:

Effectively design, build and maintain existing and potential company products
& solutions.

Full technical documentation against the programming language used along with
database schema (tool of your choice). Using the methodology of object-oriented
programming is essential.

Provide training to Client Services team members on new solutions/products and
changes that have been made to the existing solutions/products.

cases and providing clients, partners and Client Services team members with

Participate in designing new opportunities with use case tools (UML, VISIO,

Qualifications:
